First run since the race

I was finally able to take the knee out for a test drive yesterday.

Flat road. Took it REAL SLOW. 4 miles. Did not even bring a watch. Just wanted to get out there.

I was surprised to feel my quads were sore. The knee held in there.

It is much better. I can almost walk down stairs like a normal human.

Did my first weight training workout since April. Took that easy too.

Blah Blah Blah.

I think I have a new title for the blog. I am debating between 2 ideas.

Another easy day today, and maybe I can go 6 tomorrow.

You gonna share the 2 title ideas and let us vote?

How about "Blah, blah, blah" for a title?

Whatever you call it, I'm glad you're gonna keep blogging.

I am glad you were able to get a run in!!!
I keep looking to see when you are going to change the road to 100 picture and theme. Before you totally delete that picture you should e-mail me with a copy of it.
You could be like Steve and set up a multiple choice pole for us to vote on you new blog name.

Great to hear the knee held up. I am hoping all this talk of strength training on various blogs will have an impact on me. Though I think until the weather gets seriously cold I'll continue to avoid the gym... We (or at least I)do need some sort of challenge - though I guess I never did start the push up one so maybe I should just try that again.

Glad to hear you are back to a little bit of running.
I hope the knee continues to hold up for you. The quads will be fine, keep stretching them.

How about "The Path Returning to Normal?" Of course, that might mean a trail race in Normal, IL.
