I had no idea you were that old, Matt!
I snuck in the run the day before. Only got 40.25 miles in. Had to throw a few breaks in for work but averaged a nine-minute pace while running. And I love Mr. Patten's last post re: the barefoot runner...that just might be worth stealing."the anonymous birthday runner"
