I can't quite figure it out. I was so relaxed on the last interval, I almost forgot to dial it down. I am sure a minor increase will shoot it up. Maybe just another good day (I did rest the day before...rest meaning not running)Matthew Pattenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13007288639720357639noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9127193214128884628.post-50270259772984622292009-02-11T15:28:00.000-06:002009-02-11T15:28:00.000-06:00Looks like you aced the test! That is absolutely am...Looks like you aced the test!
That is absolutely amazing what you are doing at those faster paces.
Is it really possible to increase from 8.5mph to 9.3mph and gain only 2BPM on your HR average?
How fast would you have needed to run to achieve the 165HR for interval #5?
I'm going to stay away from any races that you are running this year ;)
Johnjohnmaashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10809710800179782293noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9127193214128884628.post-4538845179431107962009-02-11T10:16:00.000-06:002009-02-11T10:16:00.000-06:00Wynn's aiming for a 2:30 marathon this year; maybe...Wynn's aiming for a 2:30 marathon this year; maybe you should tag along.

Looks like I may be joining you at Kettle this year, after all.SteveQhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16943650844671498074noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9127193214128884628.post-58363297838573159452009-02-11T08:38:00.000-06:002009-02-11T08:38:00.000-06:00Yes, do a road marathon this year! That last number really shows what you've accomplished though. So you think that's from the serious mileage you've been putting in, or the weekly speed work (what are you doing - a tempo?), or combination of both?Runnin-From-The-Lawhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17870832544535034711noreply@blogger.com
